Calor Design Group helped Landon Bone Baker create a high quality, affordable housing complex by providing new mechanical and electrical systems, with residential scale plumbing, heating and cooling systems, and site illumination.
These energy-efficient walk-up buildings have received national recognition, and have won both a Driehaus Foundation Award for Architectural Excellence in Community Design and a Distinguished Building Award from the Chicago Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
